Special notice: Suspended for China Mobile Co., Ltd. and China Telecom Co., Ltd. CFDs trading

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) announced again on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 it will continue the plan to delist the three largest Chinese telecommunications companies to comply with an executive order by President Donald Trump targeting companies affiliated with Chinese government.

Trading of American depositary shares of China Mobile Ltd. (CHL.N), China Telecom Corp. Ltd. (CHA.N) and China Unicom (Hong Kong) Ltd. (CHU.N) will be suspended start on January 11, 2021 and proceedings to delist them have started, according to a statement by the exchange.

Therefore, the China Mobile Co., Ltd. (CHL.N) and China Telecom Co., Ltd. (CHA.N) CFDs products provided by the ATFX will have the following arrangements:
